He completed his undergraduate medical training from Bangalore medical college. He then moved to UK and specialised initially in paediatrics and obtained MRCPCh from Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health. He underwent radiology training from the prestigious Kings College Hospital, London and University Hospital of Wales, Cardiff and was awarded FRCR from Royal College of Radiology. He went on to join the musculoskeletal radiology team at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital, Birmingham which is the tertiary referral Orthopaedic centre in the UK and completed his fellowship training.Dr. Srikanth subsequently joined Abertawe Bro Morgannwg University health board, Swansea as a consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and was providing all aspects of diagnostic and Interventional musculoskeletal services to four different hospitals in the region with a combined bed capacity of 2100. He was a part of a regional sarcoma team responsible for managing all sarcoma cases in the south Wales region.Dr Srikanth has a robust academic background with more than 60 combined publications and presentations at various international and national meetings to his credit.
