He finished his MD in Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine from Kasturba Medical College, MNG, Manipal Academy. He went on to do his DNB and Fellowship in Interventional Pain Management (FIPM) from Aesculap Academy, Germany. Dr. Karthic Natarajan is the first pain physician to clear the exam and qualify as Fellow in Interventional Pain Practice (FIPP) (WIP, USA) from south India in 2009. He is an experienced physician in treating Back pain, disc herniation/sciatica, neck and shoulder pain, knee arthritis, joint pains, headaches/ migraine, nerve related pain, cancer pain, and palliation.
