Females are building blocks of society. They handle multiple responsibilities but one thing they underestimate is their health. The episodes of back pain are increasing tremendously after pregnancy. Being a female physiotherapist I developed my interest in physiotherapy in gynecological cases to give females of our society a healthy and pain free future. My focus is to strengthen abdominal muscles and tone them because after delivery these muscles tend to loose their tone and strength. I work on the stability of lumbar spine. My aim is to bring back a new mother back to her original active life. I will always work for the benefit of women of our society.
