Cetirizine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide  is a combination medicine used in the treatment of dry cough. It narrows the small blood vessels and provides relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. It also relieves allergy symptoms like watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, and throat irritation.

Cetirizine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a combination of two medicines: Cetirizine and Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which reduces cough associated with allergies by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger, histamine. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of cough centre in the brain.
