Ondansetron + Paracetamol is a combination of two medicines: ondansetron and paracetamol. Ondansetron is an antiemetic (anti-nausea medicine). It inhibits the action of serotonin, a chemical messenger that can trigger nausea and vomiting. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer).
