About Hylorase 1500IU Injection
HYALURONIDASE belongs to a class of an enzyme primarily used together with fluids injected into the body to treat dehydration. It is also used to aid in the absorption of injections that are given into a muscle or under the skin. It is also used to enable excess fluids and blood in the tissues to be more easily re-absorbed. Besides this, it is also used to help contrast dyes in your body show more clearly on certain types of x-rays or scans.

Medicinal Benefits of Hylorase 1500IU Injection
HYALURONIDASE contains Hyaluronidase is an enzyme, a natural spreading or diffusing substance that activates processes in the body. It works by increasing the permeability of connective tissue through hyaluronic acid hydrolysis (a chemical substance that retains water to keep your tissues well lubricated and moist). It is used to temporarily break down the natural barriers in the body tissues so that injections or fluids injected under the skin or into muscle are more easily spread and absorbed. HYALURONIDASE is also used to enable excess fluids and blood in the tissues to be more easily reabsorbed and help contrast dyes in your body show more clearly on certain types of x-rays or scans.

Drug Warnings
HYALURONIDASE should not be injected into a vein (as an intravenous injection) because the enzyme is rapidly inactivated. If you have had cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, digital nerve block, ischemia of the fingers and toes, inform your doctor before taking HYALURONIDASE. Use with caution in children and elderly patients. Inform your doctor before taking HYALURONIDASE if you are pregnant or are nursing. Consumption of alcohol should be avoided during the treatment with HYALURONIDASE as it may lead to increased risk of liver damage. HYALURONIDASE should not be used for anesthetic procedures in cases of unexplained premature labor. Also, it should not be injected into or around an infected or inflamed area because of the danger of spreading a localized infection.
Drug Interactions
Drug-Drug Interaction:
HYALURONIDASE can interact with water pills (furosemide), antianxiety (diazepam, lorazepam, alprazolam), antiepileptic (phenytoin), pain killers (aspirin), hormones (estrogens).
Drug-Disease Interaction:
People dealing with cardiovascular disease, thyroid disease, diabetes, digital nerve block, ischemia of the fingers and toes should take HYALURONIDASE with caution.
Safety Advice
ALCOHOL
It is unknown if alcohol interacts with HYALURONIDASE. Please consult your doctor before consuming alcohol, along with HYALURONIDASE.
PREGNANCY
HYALURONIDASE is pregnancy category C drug. It can only be injected in pregnant women if suggested by the doctor as the safety and effectiveness of HYALURONIDASE has not been established.
BREAST FEEDING
HYALURONIDASE can only be injected in breastfeeding women when suggested by the doctor as safety and effectiveness of HYALURONIDASE has not been established.
DRIVING
In some cases, HYALURONIDASE may cause dizziness and drowsiness. So if you observe such symptoms, immediately consult your doctor.
LIVER
HYALURONIDASE can only be injected in persons dealing with liver disease if prescribed by a doctor.
KIDNEY
HYALURONIDASE can only be injected in persons dealing with kidney disease if prescribed by a doctor.
