Flunarizine works by preventing loss of tone and dilation of blood vessels, thus preventing the migraine headache. Domperidone is a prokinetic. It works on the region in the brain that controls vomiting. It also acts on the upper digestive tract to increase the movement of the stomach and intestines, allowing food to move more easily through the stomach.

It is advised to take DOMPERIDONE+FLUNARIZINE 25-30 minutes before a meal. Your doctor will recommend how often you take DOMPERIDONE+FLUNARIZINE based on your medical condition. Some people may experience some side effects like weight gain, drowsiness, dryness in the mouth.
