About Flucoril Syrup
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Phenylephrine, and Paracetamol which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide+Phenylephrine+Paracetamol is used in the treatment of dry cough.

Medicinal Benefits of Flucoril Syrup
Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Phenylephrine + Paracetamol is a combination of three medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Phenylephrine, and Paracetamol which relieve dry cough. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Phenylephrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It works by blocking the production of chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that transmit pain signals and induce fever.
