Dicyclomine + Magaldrate + Oxetacaine + Simethicone is a combination of four medicines: Dicyclomine, magaldrate, oxetacaine, and simethicone. Dicyclomine is an antispasmodic that works by relaxing the muscles in your stomach and gut (intestine). It stops sudden muscle contractions (spasms). In doing this, it relieves cramps, pain, bloating, and discomfort. Magaldrate is an inorganic salt that neutralizes the excess acid in the stomach.
