About Mengy Injection
Glycerin+Mannitol is used in the treatment of cerebral edema. Glycerin + Mannitol is a combination of two medicines: Glycerin and Mannitol which treat increased pressure in the skull/brain. Mannitol is an osmotic diuretic which draws water out of tissues in the brain and decreases swelling around the brain.

Medicinal Benefits of Mengy Injection
Glycerin + Mannitol is a combination of two medicines: Glycerin and Mannitol which treat increased pressure in the skull/brain. Addition of Glycerin prevents the swelling from coming back which may possibly occur with plain Mannitol.
