Hydroquinone is a skin lightening medicine. It reduces the amount of a skin pigment (melanin) that causes darkening of skin. This effect is reversible. Octinoxate and Benzophenone are organic compounds which work by absorbing ultraviolet (UV) rays from the sun, protecting the skin from damage.

Drug Warnings

• Along with applying it, wear long-sleeved clothing, sunglasses, hat whenever you step outside in the hot sun for better protection.
• Don't cover the area being treated with airtight dressings such as bandages unless directed by a doctor.
• Use moisturizer regularly to overcome skin dryness during the course of treatment.
• Before using Hydroquinone + Octinoxate + Benzophenone, inform your doctor if you have any skin problems or are applying any other medicines on your skin.

ALCOHOL

Due to lack of research, there is no information about the side effects of taking Benzophenone + Hydroquinone + Octinoxate with alcohol.

 

PREGNANCY

It is not known what effect Benzophenone + Hydroquinone + Octinoxate will have on pregnant women, because no research work has been carried out on this till date.

BREAST FEEDING

 

There is no research available on the side effects of Benzophenone + Hydroquinone + Octinoxate in breastfeeding women. Therefore, its impact is unknown

LIVER

Benzophenone + Hydroquinone + Octinoxate does not damage the liver.

KIDNEY

Benzophenone + Hydroquinone + Octinoxate is completely safe for kidneys.
