Cefpirome  is an antibiotic that fights bacteria. It is used to treat severe bacterial infections of the skin, lungs (eg. pneumonia), stomach, urinary tract, and blood. It works by killing the bacteria that cause these problems. However, it will not treat a viral infection.

Uses of G Pirom 1000mg Injection

Cefpirome is used in the treatment of bacterial infections. It is used for short-term treatment of bacterial infections of urinary tract, skin and soft-tissue, blood, abdomen, genital and lungs (pneumonia). It is also used to prevent infections after surgery.
