About Coldfiz Tablet
Nimesulide + Loratadine + Ambroxol + Phenylephrine is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide, loratadine, ambroxol and phenylephrine which relieve common cold symptoms. Nimesulide is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

Medicinal Benefits of Coldfiz Tablet
It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). Loratadine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Phenylephrine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.

Take it as per dose and duration suggested by your doctor.

Safety Advice
PREGNANCY
No research has not been done till date on the safety of Loratadine + Nimesulide + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol for pregnant women. So its effects on pregnant women are unknown.
BREAST FEEDING
There is no research available on the side effects of Loratadine + Nimesulide + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol in breastfeeding women. Therefore, its impact is unknown.
KIDNEY
Loratadine + Nimesulide + Phenylephrine + Ambroxol rarely affects the kidneys.
