Irbesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker (ARB) and Cilnidipine is a calcium channel blocker (CCB). They work by widening and relaxing the blood vessels, thereby reducing blood pressure. Chlorthalidone is a diuretic that removes extra water and certain electrolytes from the body.
