You will have to drink lemon juice mixed with water on empty stomach after waking up, on empty stomach. Lemon diet
1st day: Juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup plain water should be mixed.
2nd day: Increased dosage is for the second day that means juice of 2 lemons and 2 cups of plain water should be mixed.
3rd day: Again increased dosage – juice of 3 lemons and 3 cups of plain water should be mixed.
(The dosage will increase till 6th day.)
4th day: Juice of 4 lemons and 4 cups of plain water should be mixed.
5th day: Juice of 5 lemons and 5 cups of plain water should be mixed.
6th day: Juice of 6 lemons and 6 cups of plain water should be mixed.
For 7th day you will make something a little bit different and that is juice of 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of plain water. You can even add 1 tablespoon honey for a better flavor and during the day drink this mixture.
Now you will go backwards with dosages meaning that you will need to lower them every day just as you have been increasing the dosages till 6th day and here is how it will looks like:
8th day: Juice of 6 lemons and 6 cups of plain water should be mixed.
9th day: Juice of 5 lemons and 5 cups of plain water should be mixed.
10th day: Juice of 4 lemons and 4 cups of plain water should be mixed.
11th day: Juice of 3 lemons and 3 cups of plain water should be mixed.
12th day: Juice of 2 lemons and 2 cups of plain water should be mixed.
13th day: Juice of 1 lemon and 1 cup of plain water should be mixed.
For the 14th day is the same what you did for 7th day – 3 lemons mixed with 10 cups of plain water and adding tablespoon of honey if you want. Again you should drink this mixture throughout the whole day.
All other days try to drink the mixture at once because that will provide you the best results possible. But if you try hard enough and you still cannot drink it at once you should leave some for later. You should remember that you will need to drink the rest of this mixture hour before your meal. If you have gastrointestinal problems then this diet is not recommended for you. But if you are dealing with the problem of excess weight then this is the best diet for you.
