Dear sir/madam,
I, a 33 year old male, have been facing a severe complication since 24th April 2022. I masturbated that day despite being physically tired. Since then my penis lost sensation and got numb. It is now extremely soft in flaccid state and is not getting erected or hard whereas I have good erection before the above said day. Now, I cannot feel any sensation there while having sexual thoughts. How can it lose ability to get erected all of a sudden like this? It tries to get erected but cannot in the morning at the time of getting up. There has been no improvement in this regard till date. What can be the reasons causing this?
