He pursued his MBBS from Prestigious NRS Medical College, Calcutta erstwhile known as CAMPBELL Medical School and one of the oldest medical college of INDIA. With a zeal to excel in the field of orthopaedics, He then did his post graduation MS orthopaedics) from Patna medical college, erstwhile known as Prince of Wales medical college, having largest orthopaedic department in Asia.
