About Unitrex 375 Tablet

Sultamicillin tosilate is a double ester of sulbactam plus ampicillin. It kills bacteria by preventing them from forming the bacterial protective covering. It has enhanced activity against bacteria and less antibiotic resistance.

Uses of Unitrex 375 Tablet

Sultamicillin tosilate is used in the treatment of Bacterial infections. It is used for short-term treatment of bacterial infections of sinuses, urinary tract, skin and soft-tissue, abdomen and lungs (pneumonia).

Medicinal Benefits of Unitrex 375 Tablet

Sultamicillin tosilate is an antibiotic medicine. It is effective for bacterial infections of the urinary tract and ear (otitis media), as well as gonorrhea. It stops the growth of infection causing bacteria and helps in treating the infection. Take it in the dose and duration advised by the doctor. Your symptoms may improve before the infection is completely cured. Do not stop taking it without consulting your doctor as doing so may cause the infection to return or worsen. Directions for Use

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Sultamicillin tosilate may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
