Strumedin-P Tablet
PRODUCT DETAILS
About Strumedin-P Tablet
GABAPENTIN+NORTRIPTYLINE belongs to a combination medicine of anticonvulsant (Gabapentin) and antidepressant (Nortriptyline) used for the management of neuropathic pain. It is a chronic progressive nerve disease that causes nerve pain.
GABAPENTIN+NORTRIPTYLINE contains Gabapentin and Nortriptyline. Gabapentin works by binding to the specific site on voltage-gated calcium channels; this helps in relieving nerve pain and lowers the risk of seizures. Nortriptyline works by preventing the released chemical messenger in the brain (serotonin and noradrenaline) from being reabsorbed back into the nerve cells (neuron) in the brain. As a result, it prolongs the effect of serotonin and noradrenaline in the brain, and over time, this helps to relieve depression and lighten the mood.
