PRODUCT DETAILS
About Shinepath CF 50mg Dry Syrup
CEFIXIME is a cephalosporin-type antibiotic primarily taken to treat various types of bacterial infections of the ears, lungs, and urinary tract. Additionally, it is also prescribed to treat STDs (Sexually Transmitted Diseases). Infectious or harmful bacteria can make you sick and reproduce quickly in your body. These harmful bacteria produce chemicals known as toxins, which can damage tissue and make you sick.
CEFIXIME kills the bacterial cell by blocking the chemical (mucopeptides) released by the outer layer (cell wall) of the bacteria. In turn, CEFIXIME weakens and destroys the bacterial cell wall. It is a broad range of antibiotic that helps in fighting various types of bacteria. CEFIXIME will not work for colds, flu, or other viral infections
