Guaifenesin, Ammonium Chloride, and Sodium Citrate help in the removal of mucus (phlegm) from the airways. Menthol produces a sensation of coolness and relieves minor throat irritation. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide+Chlorpheniramine Maleate+Guaifenesin+Ammonium Chloride+Sodium Citrate+Menthol is used in the treatment of cough.

Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Chlorpheniramine Maleate + Guaifenesin + Ammonium Chloride + Sodium Citrate + Menthol is a combination of six medicines: Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide, Chlorpheniramine Maleate, Guaifenesin, Ammonium Chloride, Sodium Citrate, and Menthol. Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.
