About Roxid S 150 mg/10 mg Tablet
Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase is a combination of two medicines: Roxithromycin and Serratiopeptidase. Roxithromycin is an antibiotic which stops bacterial growth by inhibiting synthesis of essential proteins required by bacteria to carry out vital functions. Serratiopeptidase is an enzyme which works by breaking down abnormal proteins at the site of inflammation (redness and swelling), and promotes healing.

Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase is a medicine that helps to kill the bacteria that cause infections. This combination medicine can be used to treat many different bacterial infections. Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase usually makes you feel better within a few days, but you should continue taking it as prescribed even when you feel better to make sure that all bacteria are killed and do not become resistant.
Directions for Use
Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole. Do not chew, crush or break it. Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.

DRIVING
Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase may decrease alertness, affect your vision or make you feel sleepy and dizzy. Do not drive if these symptoms occur.
LIVER
Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Dose adjustment of Roxithromycin + Serratiopeptidase may be needed.
