Naphazoline + Boric Acid + Menthol + Camphor + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose + Borax is a combination of six medicines. Naphazoline is a decongestant that narrows the blood vessels in the eye, thereby reducing redness and swelling. Boric Acid has antibiotic properties that kill infection-causing microorganisms. It also relieves eye irritation. Menthol is an organic compound, extracted from peppermint oil. It activates the cold sensing chemical messenger, which gives a cooling effect.  Camphor also provides a cooling effect. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant.
