About Mensodol 325mg/25mg Tablet

Paracetamol + Pamabrom is a combination of two medicines: paracetamol and pamabrom which relieve symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS). Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and anti-pyretic (fever reducer) which works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that causes fever and pain. Pamabrom is a diuretic which increases the urine production to remove excess water from the body and relieve premenstrual symptoms like bloating, water-weight gain, swelling and the feeling of being full.

Angioedema (swelling of deeper layers of skin), Laryngeal edema, Maculopapular rash, Urticaria, Agranulocytosis (deficiency of granulocytes in the blood), Decreased white blood cell count (lymphocytes), Decreased white blood cell count (neutrophils), Decreased blood cells (red cells, white cells, and platelets), Low blood platelets, Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura, Liver toxicity, Anaphylactic reaction
