About Hyal Oral Tablet

SODIUM HYALURONATE belongs to a class of medications called 'non-steroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID)' primarily taken for reducing the pain in the joint conditions of osteoarthritis (OA). Besides this, it is also used to relieve eye irritation caused due to contact lens or any other irritant. Osteoarthritis is a long term joint disorder in which sodium hyaluronate level dip leading to wear and tear of cartilage between joints which acts as a cushion during friction or movement. When Hyaluronic acid gets reduces, it causes the friction between the bones leading to wear and tear (damage) of the joint tissues leading to pain, stiffness, inflammation and reduced locomotion. 

The SODIUM HYALURONATE contains 'Sodium Hyaluronate' in its eye drop, gel form and injection. As eye drop, SODIUM HYALURONATE acts as an eye lubricant to relieve dry eyes. As injection form, SODIUM HYALURONATE reduces sign and symptoms of osteoarthritis by relieving pain, inflammation and improving joint function, thereby restoring an individual's quality of life. It also increases the cushioning and lubrication of joints that provide relief in pain and easily do physical activity.

SODIUM HYALURONATE help relieve mild to moderate pain, swelling, and joint stiffness in the knee caused by osteoarthritis. SODIUM HYALURONATE helps reduce these overall symptoms that support you in managing and doing your normal daily activities. SODIUM HYALURONATE contains biosynthetically purified 'Hyaluronic acid' which is naturally present in tissues of the body and found in eye, skin and joints. SODIUM HYALURONATE provides lubrication to joints that after injecting in joints, restore the viscosity and elasticity and improves the mobility of the joint. SODIUM HYALURONATE is indicated to patients who were not getting relieved in pain from conservative therapies, such as exercise or physical therapy. Besides this, SODIUM HYALURONATE also provides relief in dry eyes or irritation by providing lubrication while eyeing movement. 

Directions for Use

Injection: A SODIUM HYALURONATE should only be injected into the affected knee joint area by a registered medical practitioner (RMP) or doctor familiar with intra-articular injection techniques and facilities well suited for intra-articular injections. Eye drop: Eye drop should be when your head is tilted back and eyes are upward. Use your one hand to pull eyelid so that you can put eye drops in it. Squeeze the bottle gently and allow eye drop to fall directly into your eyes.

Drug-Drug Interaction:

SODIUM HYALURONATE can interact with disinfectants containing cetylpyridinium and benzalkonium chloride. Inform your doctor if you are using any of these.

DRIVING

In some cases, SODIUM HYALURONATE may cause dizziness and drowsiness. So if you observe such symptoms immediately stop the intake of SODIUM HYALURONATE.

 

LIVER

SODIUM HYALURONATE can only be injected in persons dealing with liver disease if prescribed by a doctor.

KIDNEY

SODIUM HYALURONATE can only be injected in persons dealing with kidney disease if prescribed by a doctor.
