About Wicket Tablet
Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate is a combination of three medicines: Paracetamol , Phenylpropanolamine and Chlorpheniramine Maleate which relieve cold symptoms. Paracetamol is an analgesic (pain reliever) and antipyretic (fever reducer). It blocks the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Chlorpheniramine Maleate is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.

Safety Advice
ALCOHOL
You are recommended not to consume alcohol along with Paracetamol + Phenylpropanolamine + Chlorpheniramine Maleate to avoid excessive drowsiness and sleepiness.
PREGNANCY
The safety of CHLORPHENIRAMINE+PARACETAMOL+PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE in pregnant women is unknown. Therefore, it is given to pregnant women only if the doctor thinks the benefits outweigh the risks.
BREAST FEEDING
CHLORPHENIRAMINE+PARACETAMOL+PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE is known to pass through milk in small amounts. Use in breastfeeding women is not recommended as it may cause unpleasant side effects to the baby like unusual irritability, excitement.
DRIVING
CHLORPHENIRAMINE+PARACETAMOL+PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE is known to cause drowsiness, so please do not drive or operate any machinery which requires concentration.
LIVER
Take CHLORPHENIRAMINE+PARACETAMOL+PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE with caution, especially if you have a history of Liver diseases/conditions. The dose may be adjusted by your doctor as required.
KIDNEY
Take CHLORPHENIRAMINE+PARACETAMOL+PHENYLPROPANOLAMINE with caution, especially if you have a history of Kidney diseases/conditions. The dose may be adjusted by your doctor as required.
