Ruflet 1000 Tablet
PRODUCT DETAILS
About Ruflet 1000 Tablet
DIOSMIN contains an anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory flavonoid naturally found in citrus fruits. It is primarily used to treat varicose veins (twisted and enlarged veins), lymphedema (swelling of arms and legs), and acute and chronic hemorrhoids (swollen veins of the lower rectum and anus). In addition to this, DIOSMIN also acts as an antioxidant that promotes healing. Generally, the problems related to obstructive blood flow due to vein swelling are treated by DIOSMIN.
DIOSMIN contains Diosmin. DIOSMIN has anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It works by blocking the chemical messengers responsible for causing inflammation (swelling), improving blood flow to blocked veins, and reducing inflammation in the swelled-up veins. As a result, the pain and swelling are reduced when the blood flows adequately to the blocked veins. This helps us in carrying out our daily activities and hence restoring the normal functions. Also, DIOSMIN helps to improve quality of life.
Take DIOSMIN as prescribed by your doctor. You are advised to take DIOSMIN for as long as your doctor has prescribed it for you, depending upon your medical condition. You may experience nausea, headache, abdominal pain, and diarrhea in some cases. Most of these side effects of DIOSMIN do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. However, if the side effects are persistent, reach out to your doctor.
Do not take DIOSMIN if you are allergic to DIOSMIN or any of its ingredients. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a kidney, heart, or liver problem, please inform your doctor before starting DIOSMIN. DIOSMIN should not be taken for a duration of more than 3 months. Please avoid the intake of spicy and fried food as it might help to improve your symptoms. Also, do regular exercise to improve the rectum's swelling and make it easy to pass out stools, and reduce constipation.
