About Oxymark Tablet
Nimesulide + Paracetamol + Dextropropoxyphene is a combination of three medicines: Nimesulide , Paracetamol and Dextropropoxyphene which relieve pain and relax the muscles
Uses of Oxymark Tablet
Nimesulide+Paracetamol+Dextropropoxyphene is used for pain relief.
Medicinal Benefits of Oxymark Tablet
Nimesulide is a non-steroidal antiinflammatory drug (NSAID) and Paracetamol is an antipyretic (fever reducer). They work by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and fever. Dextropropoxyphene is a opioid analgesic (pain reliever). It works by decreasing the perception of pain by blocking the transmission of pain signals to the brain.
Directions for Use
This is the usual dosage recommended in most common treatment cases. Please remember that every patient and their case is different, so the dosage can be different based on the disease, route of administration, patient's age and medical history.
Side Effects of Oxymark Tablet
Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea, Sleepiness, Dizziness, Increased liver enzymes

LIVER
You may experience side effects on your liver after taking Dextropropoxyphene + Nimesulide + Paracetamol. If this happens, then discontinue its use. Consult your medical practitioner, do as he/she suggests.
KIDNEY
Very few cases of side effects of Dextropropoxyphene + Nimesulide + Paracetamol on kidney have been reported.
