Medicinal Benefits of Fluking 0.5mg/20mg Tablet
ALPRAZOLAM+FLUOXETINE contains a combination of two medicines called alprazolam and fluoxetine belongs to the class of medications called antidepressants, primarily used for the treatment of depression. Alprazolam is a benzodiazepine (BZD) that increases the action of GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), a chemical messenger that suppresses the abnormal activity of the nerve cells in the brain. Fluoxetine is a selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) that increases the levels of serotonin, a chemical messenger that improves mood.
Directions for Use
Take this ALPRAZOLAM+FLUOXETINE in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Swallow it as a whole with a glass of water. Do not chew, crush or break it. ALPRAZOLAM+FLUOXETINE may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
