Pseudoephedrine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Cetirizine is a combination of three medicines: Pseudoephedrine, dextromethorphan, and cetirizine which relieve dry cough. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant that narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that relieves cough by reducing the activity of the cough center in the brain. Cetirizine is an antiallergic that relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing.

Directions for Use

• Pseudoephedrine + Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide + Cetirizine is prescribed to get relief from a dry cough.
• Take exactly as directed by your doctor or on the label. Do not increase the dosage or take for longer than is recommended.
• Consult your doctor if you do not see any improvement and have had the cough for more than 7 days.

• Let your doctor know if you are taking any anti-depressants.

• Inform your doctor if you have had a cough for a long time or if you have asthma or suffer from serious asthma attacks, or if your cough is accompanied by a fever, rash, or persistent headache.
