About Dromox-DM Eye Drop
Moxifloxacin + Dexamethasone + Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a combination of three medicines: Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, Moxifloxacin, and Prednisolone. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing.

Moxifloxacin+Dexamethasone+Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is used in the treatment of Bacterial eye infections.
Medicinal Benefits of Dromox-DM Eye Drop
Moxifloxacin+Dexamethasone+Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is used in the treatment of Bacterial eye infections.Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic which prevents bacterial cells from dividing and repairing. This kills the bacteria that cause eye infection. Dexamethasone is a steroid. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that cause inflammation and make the eyes red, swollen and itchy. Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose is a lubricant. It works similar to natural tears and provides temporary relief from burning and discomfort in the eyes.
