Cefalexin + Bromhexine  is a combination medicine that is prescribed to treat various types of respiratory infections. It treats the infection and prevents further infections by acting against the microorganisms. It also dilutes the thick mucus (phlegm) for easy cough out.

Cefalexin + Bromhexine is a combination of two medicines: Cefalexin and Bromhexine which treat respiratory tract infection associated with excessive mucus (phlegm). Cefalexin is an antibiotic which kills bacteria by preventing them from forming their own protective covering. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out.
