CALCIUM CARBONATE+VITAMIN D3+METHYLCOBALAMIN+L METHYLFOLATE CALCIUM+PYRIDOXAL 5 PHOSPHATE is a combination of Calcium carbonate, Vitamin D3, L Methylfolate Calcium, Pyridoxal-5-phosphate, and Methylcobalamin. Calcium carbonate makes the bones stronger by increasing their density. It helps in treating and preventing low calcium levels. Vitamin D3 helps maintain blood calcium and phosphorus levels and mineralization of bone. L Methylfolate calcium helps produce new blood cells and prevents low folate levels. Directions for Use

Extended-release tablet/Tablet/Capsule: Swallow the tablet/capsule as a whole with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food at regular intervals, as prescribed by the doctor. Do not crush, chew or break it. Chewable tablet: Take chewable tablet by mouth. Chew it thoroughly before swallowing. Oral Liquid/Suspension: Measure the liquid form with a measuring cup or a dosing syringe and take it as advised by the doctor.
