About Acnechio-M Tablet
Myo-Inositol + D-Chiro Inositol + Metformin + Melatonin + L-Methyl Folate Calcium + Methylcobalamin is a combination of six medicines: Myo-Inositol , D-Chiro Inositol , Metformin , Melatonin , L-Methyl Folate Calcium and Methylcobalamin. These medicines work by enhancing body’s response to insulin and decreasing high levels of harmful substances (free radicals, homocysteine) in the body. This effect improves hormone balance and leads to more regular ovulation and menstrual cycles (periods) in PCOS.
