After completing his post graduation in Ophthalmology from K.E.M Hospital, Mumbai in 2004, he left for the UK to pursue further training in Ophthalmology. There, he worked at several places like Bristol, Belfast, Welwyn Garden City – near London, Dorchester and Colchester over a period of 4 years.Initially, he worked as a Senior House Officer, and then followed by Registrar post in Ophthalmology.He then specialized in Vitreoretina by doing 2 Vitreoretinal Fellowships.
