After completing O&G training in India, Dr Kiran Arora went to the UK to obtain super-specialty training in 2002. She obtained Membership of the Royal College in 2004 from London and did Fellowships in Reproductive Medicine, IVF and Gynaecologic Endoscopy from Newcastle Fertility Centre in Newcastle and Wansbeck Hospital in Northumbria. In UK, at the Newcastle Fertility Centre, she performed over 500 cycles of IVF/ICSI and ovulation inductions. She also researched on ‘infertility in men with Cystic Fibrosis’ and published two papers on the same. Dr Kiran Arora returned to India in 2010, after 8 yrs of work experience in the UK and joined the Paras Southend Fertility Centre as an IVF Consultant. Working at this centre gave her an insight into the complexities of private practice in India and the challenges faced by patients and clinicians in India. Since 2012, she has been practicing out of her own clinic (Gurgaon IVF Clinic) at Sec-56.Dr Kiran Arora is appreciated for her efforts in explaining the management options to the patients and trying to involve them in decision-making.
