I have been working with athletes of all ages and abilities in improving their health and performance through proper nutrition and training principles. My goals are to continue to educate athletes about proper daily nutrition for performance and health. I am a Performance Nutritionist/Sports Nutritionist having an affiliation with ISSA. I am being successfully training Athletes in various arena. Some of them are Mr. Samar Rege – Amateur Boxing above 81 kgs (district champion, aspiring national candidate), Miss. Krishali Mehta (National Badminton player), Mr. Rajeev Mehandale 42.5 km Mumbai Marathon, Ms. Shirin Thakoor - National Show Jumping Equestrian, Mrs. Aparna Dhareshwar 21.5 km Mumbai Marethon, Mr. Siddharth Deshmukh 21km National Marathon runner, Mr. Ameya Kapanadak - Body Building etc. I am also giving consultation to Shivaji Park marathon club and Striders India. I am a consulting doctor at lifestyle Management Centre called 'Fitness Island'. I specialize in Diet and Nutrition for Sportsman, Pregnant woman, patients like diabetic, hypothyroidism and hyperlipidemia. I have also completed Diploma certificate in Acupuncture at Zorastrian College, Affiliated to Medicine Alternativa/ World University (Arizona , USA). I also work with corporates like Edelwise Securities, Access Systems, Buildarch Land & Developers for guiding their employees on daily diet in nutrition practices and lifestyle transformation Technics. I am presently working with The Heal Institute, Parel - India's first and only Sports Medicine & High Performance Centre was conceptualized to offer a holistic approach to health and wellness. As a company, we believe in a state of the art approach to injury management, postoperative care, sports specific rehabilitation and exercise science.
