Dr.V.V.R Satya Prasad had his medical graduate training from Rangaraya Medical College, Kakinada in 1998 and post graduation (MD Pediatrics) from Guntur Medical College. He completed International Pediatric Nephrology Association (IPNA) fellowship in Pediatric Nephrology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Subsequently he went to Singapore for advanced training in CRRT and renal replacement therapy and completed clinical fellowship training in Pediatric Nephrology from National University Hospital, Singapore in 2010. He is an expert in management of Steroid resistant nephrotic syndrome and is good at intensive renal care. His special interest is in renal vasculitis. He is a member of International Pediatric Nephrology Association, Indian Society of Pediatric Nephrology and Indian Academy of Pediatrics.
