Dr Nanda kishore has graduated from Osmania Medical College in 1997, and did DCH from Niloufer Hospital, Hyderabad between 1999 - 2001. After that he went to UK to pursue for further studies. In UK he underwent structured training in Pediatrics and completed MRCPCH. He joined intensive care to pursue further specialization. He worked for 4 years in intensive care at prestigious hospitals like Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children, London and Birmingham Children's Hospital, Birmingham. The PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) units at both the hospitals are the biggest in UK and offer quaternary pediatric care. Dr Nanda Kishore has special interest in ECMO (Extra Corporeal Membrane Oxygenation) and gained good experience while working at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Glefield Hospital, Leicester.He returned back to India in 2012 to serve the country and improve standards of medical care. He joined Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences (KIMS), Hyderabad along with a group of doctors from UK and started PICU services. He is in charge for PICU (Paediatric Intensive Care Unit), CICU (Cardiac Intensive Care Unit) and NICU (Neonatal Intensive Care Unit).He started the ECMO program at KIMS and able to save the sickest children where conventional management is not helpful.
