Dr. Kavita Nagpal is a consultant psychiatrist and psychotherapist with over 7 years of clinical, research and teaching experience. She pursued MD psychiatry from one of the most prestigious institutes in India, National Institute of Mental Health and Neuroscience (NIMHANS), Bangalore, which is an institute of national importance. After completing MD psychiatry she worked as a senior resident in the department of psychiatry at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research(PGIMER) Chandigarh and in the department of psychiatry at Institute of Human Behavior and Allied Sciences(IHBAS) Delhi.
