I specialize in Individual therapy work with adults. I see clients who are above 18 years of age. In my practice I see clients with a wide spectrum of disorders, namely, Depression, Anxiety. Adjustment Disorder, Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, Relationship related issues, Work-related issues, Lifestyle management, Sexuality or Sexual Orientation, Career Counseling, Personality Disorders, Sexual or Physical Abuse, etc. I also see clients who may be stressed with some events or circumstances they are struggling with, job-related stress or other life events that they are finding difficult to cope with. In my practice I have clients who come for grief or bereavement related issues as well. Some of my referrals come from other specialities like Gynecology where they are referred because of psychological implications of fertility issues. Other specialists who refer clients to me are from Oncology, Dermatology, Cardiology, where the clients and family members may be struggling with treatment related issues or the condition they have been diagnosed for. I also see clients for Marital Therapy. Here I consult with married couples, couples who are engaged to be married, live-in partners. I do Skype based therapy work as well.
